administrador de arranque [duda de colores]

Buenas,
i'm back
para añadir mas dudas al dia de hoy....

estoy con ubuntu 9.04, con el startUpManager.
Resulta que me he hecho una imagen .xpm para el arranque, y funciona.
Pero, si veis en la pestaña "aspecto" hay 3 niveles:
- colores del menu del cargador de arranque (por esto decia "duda de colores" :0=)
- tema del cargador de arranque (aqui es donde tengo la imagen .xpm)
- tema usplash

pues, al grano, al poner la imagen, y aunque ponga activado "colores del menu", no salen. Se quedan los textos en blanco y negro, y no se ve la opcion seleccionada.

No se si me he explicado bien, si os pasa a vosotros tambien, y si hay solucion.

Pronto grub pasará a ser obsoleto y será reemplazado por grub2. No sé si la funcionalidad de los colores seguirá igual que en grub, puesto que yo sigo usando aún la primera versión (hasta que llegue a testing)
