tengo un problema bajo el itunes para instalarlo con su correspondiente quicktime y no me deja instalarlo no se si será por que anteriormente ya lo tuve y lo desisntale y ahora me dice que falta el archivo quicktime.msi......alguien me puede ayudar.

me instale un quicktime de softonic, pero el problema es que al bajar el itunes me instala un quictime tambien y eso me da problemas no me permite finalizar la instalación.....

nada imposible me sale un cartelito me pone:
se produjo un error de red al intentar leer el archivo
c:\windows\installer|Quicktime.msi
le doy a aceptar y me dice que hay un error y que itunes necesita quicktime......
aqui os dejo el problemilla a ver si me podeis ayudar.......gracias cypress y saludos desde la Coruña
y si no instalas el quicktime que te viene con itunes?
prueba y me cuentas

en el pack de itunes ya lo hace automaticamente.....te instala los 2 no se como evitar eso........saludos

This is for the benefit of future searchers: if you’re trying to install iTunes on Windows and it dies during the Quicktime installation with a “-3″ error, or you try to install Quicktime 7.0.3 on Windows and you get an Error 1714 or some complaint about not being able to find quicktime.msi even though it’s there, the way to fix it is to:
Open regedit
Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT –> Installer and select Products
Use the Find menu to find quicktime inside that part of the ***
Delete the part of the tree that you find
You should now be able to install Quicktime and iTunes without incident
alguien que entienda me puede aclarar el paso de Delete no se que significa the part of the tree that you find, se refiere a borrar los archivos que me aparecen en el margen derecho?

na ya esta solucionado........borre los archivos que me aparecian y ya pude instalar el itunes...........ya funciona el pod

alguien sabe porque algunos archivos ahora en internet no me los abre con el quicktime me sale el simbolo de quicktime y una interrogacion como puedo solucionar eso......saludos

¿Has comprobado que no requiera una version superior del quicktime?
