The *hack* utilities.... well it depends on what you want to do (sniffers, network scanners, password crackers...)

Download Cain 2.5 its a complete hack utility , but u will need network scanners and some others as Tse Tse has explained). I dont like ur method of trading, this forum is all about sharing not trading.

well I think that you should (first of all) check you "english". Please don't think I am taking you as a fool, but I want to show you some mistakes you made:

evrey Instead of every
wright instead of Write
"i" as a personal pronoun must be written "I"
"trade" is a trade, there aren't "different trades"
verey instead of variety
"in workgroup" instead of "in A workgroup"
wat instead of What
"as abiginning" consider this is not a REAL phrase or at least it isn't common
Well I don't want you to think I'm treating you as a fool, the only thing I want is to help you to check your mistakes so you'll be able to write a little better next time. If you don't believe me you can check a post where I checked english mistakes (I think those were juanma's).

Dear Tse Tse: Why don't we stop hipocrecy? I mean, I don't Defend any language. Some users here are used to write this way in Spanish "ola amigos komo eztan" Just as an example... and NOBODY defends the language.
I am from Argentina and I like the Spanish stress (I don't know how to say it, the stress that people from Spain use).
I love English and Italian and I like helping people with their language problems, and I try to be as polite as possible.

Por un lado, etirini, lo que ha dicho TseTse no es hipocresía, tiene toda la razón del mundo, es comprensible que ahmad no tenga un perfecto inglés porque parece que es egipcio, por otro lado, cuando lo corriges es porque has entendido lo que quería decir... pues con eso es suficiente, ahmad no creo que quiera recibir clases de inglés, lo que querrá es que le entendamos y que le ayudemos en sus problemas. Basically you have two ways:
1- Buy a Bandwith Controler/Manager (Hardware based). Search and compare products.
2- Use a Bandwith Controler/Manager (Software based) and install that software on the other computers of the LAN. Search and compare products.

¿How you can do it?

This isn't an easy question and there aren't a simply/easy way to do it, it depends on many factors, so I can't say: "Do this and it will succeed"

Get all information possible of the LAN.
If you have physical access to the computers, consider the possibility of use a "password reset" disk or inject users with admin rights.
If you haven't physical access to the computer, you will need to use a Network Security Scanner (Retina, NMAP, Nessus, ShadowSecurityScanner.....), if the systems are unpatched and haven't a firewall or TCP/IP filters you will find some vulnerabilities that you can use. Btw you can use also: sniffers (Ethereal, Iris....), password crackers (Cain, John The Ripper, Cracker Jack, @stake LC5, Lepton's Crack.....).
Social engineering techniques would help.

IMHO don't like what you said "take full speed for me", the other users must have right to access Internet.... I suggest you to be "legal" and put a reasonable limit.
